Job summary

PepUp is seeking an LP Service Technician II to lead field service calls, install, repair and test propane systems at customer sites in Federalsburg, MD. You will troubleshoot LP equipment, perform tests and ensure customer satisfaction, retention and profitability.

The role requires clean Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a Gas Fitter License. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of LP service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, a positive attitude, and teamwork mindset to

Qualifications

Must have clean driving record with Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Must have a Gas Fitter License.
Must be able to pass CETP (Certified Employee Training Program).
Must have 2–3 years of LP service experience.
Proven troubleshooting qualities.
Desire to grow and accelerate with the Company.
Good customer relations.
Must have a positive, upbeat attitude.
Must be a team member exhibiting a positive attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Lead the service call ensuring the desired customer service experience and service success.
Clean and service LP equipment during field visits.
Troubleshoot, analyze and repair heating equipment and LP equipment and tanks.
Install and test propane lines and propane powered appliances.
Join the field team to assure customer satisfaction and deliver on-call duties.
Follow all company field procedures and protocols.
Willing to cross-train and drive bobtail to make deliveries (when needed).
