Job summary

Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Volare Health family. This PRN role offers 1–2 shifts per week with weekend availability required.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with nursing standards. Current OR LPN license and 1–2 years of experience preferred; SNF/LTC experience is a plus. PRN shifts are not guaranteed and flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Oregon.
• 1–2 years of licensed nursing experience preferred.
• SNF or LTC experience preferred.
• Ability to assess resident needs and provide nursing interventions.
• Experience developing and following individualized care plans.

Pay Range: $44.73–$60.34 per hour
Based on licensed experience

PRN Opportunities Available | 1–2 shifts per week required
Weekend availability required: 2 weekend shifts per month

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active LPN license in the state of Oregon.
