Job summary

Geeks On Site is hiring experienced Field IT Technicians to support residential and small business customers. The primary focus is computer troubleshooting, networking support, printer configuration, and general on-site IT service.

Technicians may also receive POS or outdoor TV mounting jobs based on experience. You set your availability and driving radius, and we dispatch to jobs that match proximity and skills.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in IT support or field service.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues.
• Resolve WiFi and network problems.
• Install printers and scanners.
• Replace hardware components.
• Reinstall operating systems with bootable tools.
• Document work and communicate with customers.
• Install POS systems and run Cat5e/Cat6 cabling.
• Perform outdoor TV mounting and basic AV setup.
