• Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS systems.
• Resolve boot errors and OS issues.
• Set up or troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired internet connections.
