Support the Teacher to achieve the overall goal of providing for each student a program reflecting educational excellence and equality. With BA degree may serve as substitute teacher in the absence of the certified teacher.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in creating and supporting a positive learning environment that is responsive to and respectful of the learning needs of all students.Assist effectively managing routines and transitions.Assist the teacher in organizing space, materials, and equipment for instruction.Assist the teacher in establishing and maintaining classroom rules and expectations.Assist the teacher in preparation of materials for instruction.Reinforce previously taught concepts to students according to the teacher’s lesson plans.
