You will deliver tailored movement and conditioning guidance, educate on injury prevention best practices, and collaborate with employees and leadership to foster a healthier workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or related field required.
• Current Adult CPR/AED certifications from recognized organizations required.
• First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts injury prevention programs, education, and training for employees.
• Develops exercise programs focused on injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collects and documents program data to support ROI analysis.
• Develops, promotes, and markets wellness and education programs.
• Supports healthcare teams with job function assessment and care management.
