Steps To Hope Academy in Hendersonville, NC seeks a caring, dependable on-call caregiver to support infants and young children. This is an occasional coverage role requiring initiative, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team during weekday hours.

Applicants must be at least 18, able to obtain the required background clearance, and willing to learn and follow our routines, safety procedures, and licensing requirements. Flexibility during 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
