Job summary

Blake and Pendleton is hiring a Service Technician for the Atlanta, GA territory to provide maintenance and repair support on Sullair compressed air equipment and other systems. The role involves field service, on-call rotations, and physical work with lifting and rigging.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, start-ups, and daily coordination with the Service Coordinator. readiness for after-hours work and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Safety training and industry certifications (OSHA, MHSA, etc) required.
• Experience troubleshooting 120V control circuits and reading wiring diagrams.
• Able to troubleshoot up to 480V motor control circuits (full/reduced voltage, soft starters).
• Proficient with multimeters and infrared meters.
• Physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs and performing rigging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance.
• Assess trouble calls and repair machines accurately.
• Start-up newly installed machines.
• Check in with Service Coordinator daily.
• Submit timesheets and service tickets daily.
• Maintain a clean service truck and professional demeanor.
• Operate company service truck safely and stay fit for job.
