Job summary

Blake & Pendleton is seeking an experienced Service Technician to support the maintenance and repair of industrial compressed air systems—primarily Sullair equipment—for customers in manufacturing, utilities, forestry, and mining. This field-based role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair systems, start up new machines, and coordinate with the Service Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Skilled in troubleshooting 120V control circuits.
• Able to read wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot motor control circuits up to 480V.
• Use multimeters and infrared meters safely.
• Adhere to safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance
• Diagnose and repair compressed air systems and components
• Perform start-up on newly installed machines
• Communicate daily with the Service Coordinator
• Submit completed timesheets and service tickets accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck and professional appearance
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain required certifications
• Provide on-call service support based on a rotating schedule
