Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or two years' experience as an Operations & Maintenance Specialist II.
Five+ years' experience in operations and maintenance.
Must pass a thorough background check and interview.
EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification.
Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

Service, repair, maintain, monitor and adjust HVAC systems to stay within parameters.
Perform general maintenance and custodial tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic repairs.
Provide direction and training to less experienced O&M Specialists.
Plan, select, and lay out materials for service and preventive maintenance.
Work from drawings, schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions with various tools.
Requisition new supplies and equipment.
Comply with safety procedures in all tasks.
Participate in on-call rotation to respond to emergencies at the facility.
Adhere to company policies and standards.
Perform other duties as required.
