MBK Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper on call in California to meticulously clean resident apartments, common areas, and workspaces following community guidelines and safety standards.

The role emphasizes friendly resident interactions, adherence to health and safety policies, and support for a clean, safe living environment. Training is provided, and full-time benefits are available for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Must be age 18 or over and able to pass background clearances, health screening, and TB test per policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of resident apartments, public areas, and offices to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Dust, straighten furniture, and maintain safe, hazard-free work areas.
• Follow schedules and safety procedures, post signs, and use PPE as needed.
• Assist with laundry services for residents and report needs to the Supervisor.
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with residents, family members, and staff.
