Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking a Hotshot Supervisor to join our Maintenance team at a site in Deer Park, TX. This role will oversee scheduling and communication for hotshot logistics personnel, including bills of lading, delivery schedules, and prioritization to meet client needs.

Excellent communication and computer skills are required, and a clean driving record is essential. Must have a minimum four years of experience and be able to work overtime; TWIC is required, and a pre-employment

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience.
• TWIC credential required.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Pre-employment qualification test/federal written driving test.
• D.O.T. drug screen/card.
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87).
• Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.).
• 40hrs, must be on call and able to work overtime.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Oversee and organize delivery loads, priorities, and scheduling, ensuring that orders arrive on time at correct locations.
