CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for a large hospital campus in Marble Falls, TX.

You will support Engineering and Technical Services, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems to ensure safe, compliant operations for patients, staff and visitors. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and routine inspections, with a rotating on-call schedule and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related work experience is required.
• Must be able to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, replace components, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units, boilers, and chillers.
• Perform interior and exterior building repairs including doors, drywall, painting, and surface touch-ups.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems including sinks, toilets, drains, and leaks.
• Conduct light electrical work including circuit troubleshooting and lighting upgrades.
• Perform work orders with time/material estimation and track progress for timely completion.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and installed building equipment for safety and codes.
• Respond to urgent service requests and on-call maintenance as needed; travel to local sites.
