Overland Park Regional Medical Center is seeking a Chaplain-PRN to provide spiritual care and support to patients and families, particularly during crises and losses. The chaplain will work under supervision of the Lead Pastoral Care/Staff Chaplain and serve in an ecumenical capacity in an interdisciplinary setting.

Required qualifications include a bachelor or master degree, MDiv or equivalent preferred, and CPE units or equivalent experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college.
• Master of Divinity or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 units of certified Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent preferred.
• Pastoral caregiver experience in healthcare settings or equivalent clinical experience.
• Experience in an acute care environment, hospital/healthcare facility.

Aufgaben

• Provide spiritual care and support to patients and families, especially in times of crisis, grief and loss.
• Minister ecumenically in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Represent the Department of Pastoral Care as an on‑call Chaplain PRN.
