Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. seeks a Hospice RN on-call triage/float to provide after-hours care to patients in their homes and support families.

You will conduct phone triage, intermittent home visits, crisis intervention and symptom management while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. The role requires an active RN license; hospice or palliative care experience is preferred, with strong assessment, crisis intervention and documentation skills.
