Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dynamic On-Call Hospice Nurses to join our team serving Macomb, Oakland and Wayne County areas in Michigan. You will triage patient calls, visit patients, perform tuck-ins and admissions as needed.

Requirements include a current Michigan RN license in good standing; hospice experience is preferred but not required. We offer 7 days on, 7 days off shifts and a rewarding work environment.

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as an on-call Hospice On Call Nurse? We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family servicing the Macomb. Oakland and Wayne County areas!

Our On-Call Nurse will Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis
