Job summary

Ennoble Care in Richmond, VA is seeking a Full-time Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (7 On / 7 Off) to support terminally ill patients at home. You will administer medications, provide emotional support, and coordinate with physicians to plan care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license to practice in Virginia.
• Experience as hospice nurse or RN in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of nursing processes and medication guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to plan patient care and triage phone calls.
• Make visits to evaluate patient condition and provide comfort.
• Administer medications and manage end-of-life symptoms.
• Support families, complete documentation, and coordinate with caregivers.
• Notify doctors when a patient’s condition changes and maintain records.
