Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading team delivering compassionate hospice care in patients’ homes across the Atlanta area. You will provide skilled nursing services, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families with empathy.

Requirements include Georgia RN licensure, CPR certification, 2 years RN experience (hospice or home health preferred), and proficiency with computers (MS Office). Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN).
• Current Georgia RN license and driver's license.
• Two years RN experience; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and family.
• Support patients and families, ensure continuity of care.
