SYNERGY HomeCare of Apollo Beach is seeking a dependable On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our on-call caregiver team and support clients when coverage is needed.

This role offers flexible availability, the chance to pick up additional shifts, and one-on-one care in clients' homes.

Qualifications include current Florida HHA certification, at least 1 year home care experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to work some weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Companionship and safety supervision.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Observing and reporting changes or concerns.
• Completing required care documentation.
• Following each client's Plan of Care and assignment instructions.
