SYNERGY HomeCare of Apollo Beach is seeking a dependable On-call Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our caregiver team and provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and the ability to cover various assignments based on Plans of Care.

Requirements include current Florida HHA certification, at least 1 year of home care experience, flexible on-call availability, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Companionship and safety supervision.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Observing and reporting changes or concerns.
• Completing required care documentation.
• Following each client's Plan of Care and assignment instructions.

What You'll Do
