SYNERGY HomeCare in Brandon, FL is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our national network dedicated to compassionate in-home care. You’ll provide life-affirming, patient-centered support to clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA or CNA certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
• AxisCare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health aide services in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Monitor client status and report changes to supervising nurse.
