Job summary

Baywood Home Care is seeking an On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve the Twin Cities Area, MN. The role offers a $75 flat on-call rate on weekdays or $100 on weekends, in addition to your hourly wage for the shift if called in.

You will provide one-on-one home care, support daily routines, and ensure safety for clients in their homes. This is an on-call, in-person position with a quick hiring process.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate required (not necessarily current).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
• Dependable and compassionate attitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support).
• Offer reminders for medications and routines.
• Ensure safety and peace of mind during shifts (including overnight hours).
• Support independence and dignity through compassionate care.

Education

HHA or CNA certificate

At least 18 years old
