Job summary

Community LIFE is seeking an On-Call Home Health Aide to support frail, older adults in their homes in the McKeesport and Mon Valley areas. Shifts include weekdays 4pm-10pm and weekend 6:30am-9:30pm, with a pay rate of $16.50/hr and up based on experience.

A reliable vehicle and PA driver’s license are required. The role involves compassionate ADL assistance, independent on-call responsiveness, and documenting care in client records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Experience as home health aide/CNA/nursing assistant desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist frail, older adults with activities of daily living at clients' residences.
• Respond to on-call calls and cover shifts within designated areas.
• Maintain records and communicate care needs to supervising staff.
