Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our on-call caregiver team in Apollo Beach. You’ll cover clients as needed, providing one-on-one home care with a focus on reliability and flexible scheduling.

The role requires a Florida HHA certification, at least 1 year of home care experience, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Direct deposit and access to earned wages support are available.

Qualifications

• Current Florida HHA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Flexible availability for on-call coverage, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support mobility and transfer needs.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping."
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Observe changes or concerns and report them promptly."
• Complete required care documentation and follow each client's Plan of Care.
