Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team and provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to a diverse client base in Florida. As an HHA, you’ll deliver companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders in clients’ homes, while building trusting relationships with families and co-workers.

You’ll enjoy competitive pay ($17-$22/hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and overtime/holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provider personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
