Fraser is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time or part-time roles in Bloomington, MN. This Float DSP position supports clients in group homes and apartments with a biweekly schedule, offering paid training and strong growth potential.

Responsibilities include medication administration, ADLs, money management, personal care, meal prep, planning, and transportation to activities. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour with weekend availability required.

Description

Fraser is hiring for motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work Full or Part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible biweekly schedule. We offer:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
• Money management
• Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to/from activities
• Community integration

As a Float DSP you will also provide:

• Provide temporary direct support, including providing excellent supervision and support for individuals receiving Community Living services and their families by effectively implementing service plans
• Must be able to work in multiple locations and times on Saturday and Sunday. Schedule may change at the last minute. Schedule will be created a month ahead of time
• High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary coursework preferred for Float DSP positions

The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on up qualifications.

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
