Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and report unusual activity or security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report unauthorized access and policy violations.
• Prepare incident reports and shift handoff communications promptly.
