The Scalable Workforce Team Member at EnviroScience is responsible for supporting environmental projects that require flexible, short-term, or project-based staffing. This position works within cross-functional teams to provide assistance in fieldwork, data collection, lab analysis, and reporting, as needed. The role is designed to offer scalability and adaptability to projects, allowing EnviroScience to meet client needs efficiently, while maintaining high standards in environmental consulting, research, and compliance.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities** Work with interdisciplinary teams, including scientists, project managers, and environmental engineers to meet project goals.**Requirements** **Minimum Qualifications:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in environmental fieldwork or lab work, preferably in a consulting setting. Experience: **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience: Familiarity with species identification and habitat assessment methodologies. Familiarity with environmental sampling techniques and data collection methods. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and GIS software.**Desired Skills:** Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex environmental data. Ability to identify potential environmental concerns and provide practical solutions.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. We are on the road a lot (some overnight travel), outdoors in all kinds of weather, and sometimes in remote and challenging locations.
