Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions is seeking a field technician to spool and band capillary tubing on artificial lift systems at oil and gas job sites. You will work under general supervision and coordinate with customer representatives during installs or pulls.

The role requires on-call availability 24/7, daily travel in a company truck, and maintenance of service trucks and DOT records. Strong reading, math, and tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of workover, capillary, or ESP experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence as required.
• Ability to perform basic math in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Basic tool proficiency and computer familiarity with test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Spool capillary tubing onto a spool as the tubing is pulled from the well.
• Band capillary tubing onto tubing as downhole equipment is run into the well.
• Travel to field locations daily in a company work truck.
• Maintain the capillary service truck and trailer and complete required DOT documentation.
• Complete daily timesheets and assist with workover rig operations as needed.
• Provide field observations and recommendations on capillary tubing status after testing.
