Responsibilities

• Lead outage response and maintenance within the assigned work zone.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to restore services quickly.
• Track maintenance activities and costs to support performance metrics.
• Provide back-office support using 3GIS and FMS to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with Construction, Engineering and Network Operations for improvements.
