Job summary

Catholic Charities and Catholic Charities Community Services is seeking a Maintenance Worker to provide cleaning and maintenance support as needed. This on-call, non-exempt role reports to the Senior Facility Manager and involves basic repairs, cleaning, and light maintenance duties across the Facilities Office: Various.

The position carries a 35-hour week base for compensation, with hourly pay between $22.83 and $24.04 and on-call scheduling dependent on program needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or training in a building trade, moving, maintenance, and performing general repairs.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and work well independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

• Dust, mop and clean surface areas.
• Sweep and vacuum offices and common areas.
• Maintain kitchen area.
• Assist with repairs such as changing light bulbs, installing shelves.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
