Responsibilities

• On-call for maintenance-related emergencies.
• Screen and hire staff, promote, transfer, or dismiss as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels within budget and ensure proper scheduling.
• Order and manage housekeeping and laundry supplies to ensure adequate stock.
• Inspect and supervise housekeeping duties by walk-throughs and direct observation.
• Ensure smooth daily facility operations and perform routine repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and participate in inspections and QA processes.
