Job summary

City of Portland is seeking enthusiastic Event Services Staff On-Call to support public assembly facilities across Merrill Auditorium, James A. Banks Exposition Building, Hadlock Field, Fitzpatrick Stadium, Ocean Gateway and more.

Responsibilities include guest satisfaction, ticket verification, crowd management, setup/teardown, and maintaining cleanliness during events. Must be at least 18 with excellent customer service and a valid Class C license.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum age eighteen.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down for events.
• Ticket taking and crowd management.
• Assist with food service and venue cleanliness.
• Provide parking assistance.
