Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking an On-Call Event Setup Houseperson to join our Event Setup team, assisting with setup and breakdown of meeting spaces and working closely with Event Planning and Services teams to deliver guest experiences.

The role requires good communication, ability to lift moderate weight, and flexibility to work AM/PM/overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. This on-call position offers hourly pay and may include event-based bonuses and gratuities.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift, push, and pull moderate weight.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule including AM/PM/overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting spaces with tables and chairs.
• Assist with provisioning (water, etc.) and follow detailed instructions.
• Coordinate with Event Planning/Services teams and clients.
• Maintain organization and safety in meeting spaces.
