The Day-Of Events Host will provide on-the-spot support for 25N’s member and public-facing events. Our events are a crucial part of our connection to the larger community, so onsite hospitality is essential.

You are a self-directed, energetic problem-solver who enjoys engaging a diverse community of entrepreneurs, remote workers, and freelancers. This on-call role offers evenings/weekends and flexible hours.

Formación

• A can-do attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred.
• Proven team player and collaborator.
• Excellent people skills and relationship-building ability.
• Flexible, wear many hats, and willing to perform any task.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with planning, preparation, and organization of events.
• Receiving and directing guests to their event space/seats.
• Ensuring health safety measures and cleanliness before and after events.
• Creating a positive atmosphere and coordinating teams.
• Be the first and last point of contact for the building.
