Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating as Restaurant Associates, is seeking an on‑call EVENT CATERING WAIT STAFF for Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA. This role supports on‑premise and off‑premise events, assembling, delivering, setting up and serving food and beverages. Schedule is on‑call with weekend, night and holiday hours required.

• Previous banquet experience is preferred. Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations.
• Sets buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to pre-established standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans and packs dishes and utensils.
• Cleans up venue after event ends and assists with inventory.
