Qualifikationen

• Regulatory permitting experience with state, federal and municipal agencies.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance processes.
• Ability to work in a team environment on projects and meet schedules.

Aufgaben

• Review project scope and determine applicable permits.
• Coordinate regulatory filings with agencies (municipal, state, federal).
• Prepare or coordinate environmental studies and SWPPP-related documents.
• Manage progress against plans, assess risks, and mitigate issues.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulatory requirements at all levels.
• Represent the company at regulatory meetings and comment on proposed laws.
• Oversee wildlife, wetland or other permit mitigation requirements.
• Develop or supervise SWPPP development and inspections.
• Escalate issues and perform site inspections as needed.
