Job summary

Intermountain Health Park City Hospital is seeking an Endoscopy Technician I to support basic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with room turnover, equipment prep, and post-procedure cleanup, while upholding strict infection control standards.

This entry-level role requires BLS and a high school diploma, with opportunities to gain experience in a broad range of GI procedures in a community and hospital network.

Qualifications

• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry-level diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures following safety guidelines.
• Prepares equipment and supplies, navigates documentation in ProVation.
• Assists with room turnover and post-procedure cleanup.
• Maintains infection prevention and high-level disinfection standards.
• Transports inpatients between departments as needed.
• Participates in safety time-outs and Zero Harm practices.
