Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide personalized in-home care near Wasilla, Palmer, Big Lake, and Houston in Alaska. You will help clients with daily activities, meal prep, mobility support, and companionship in a respectful, dignified manner.

We offer flexible schedules, daily pay options, benefits, 401K participation, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and career growth.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
