Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore, St. Ann Adult Day Service, is seeking a part-time Driver to safely transport program participants. The role requires adherence to routing, vehicle safety protocols, and passenger assistance procedures on an on-site basis.

The position is on-call/PRN with responsibilities including timely reporting of issues and strict safety compliance. Qualifications include DOT Medical Certificate and First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire, plus strong interpersonal skills and

Responsibilities

• Safely transports participants to and from the facility daily as requested, ensuring punctuality.
• Follows routing information and reports delays or issues immediately.
• Assists passengers boarding and disembarking, ensuring safety with wheelchair locks and belts.
• Inspects vehicle before and after trips for safety and paperwork.
• Maintains Vehicle Binder and Mileage Logs and reports incidents per protocol.
