Job summary

Cadient, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Ludingtonville, NY. This on-call, as-needed role provides hands-on support and skills training to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in both residential and community settings.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid NYS driver's license, basic computer knowledge, and be willing to complete training including First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration certification.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS driver's license and basic computer skills.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is helpful.
• Will complete required trainings (First Aid/CPR, medication administration) during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in residential settings and in the community.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and community integration.
• Participate in trainings including First Aid/CPR, SCIP, and medication administration procedures.
