Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 1 year experience with intellectually disabled adults in a residential setting.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a Day Program or community-based setting.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, families and supervisors.
