Responsibilities

• Engage residents in activities aligned with ISP goals.
• Provide transportation and supervision as required by the program.
• Maintain daily logs documenting residents' activities, problems and needs.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming for residents.
• Follow safety procedures, perform evacuations, and report deficiencies.
• Prepare meals and sanitize appliances and work areas daily.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations for care homes.
