Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Dental Assistant at our Federal Way Dental Clinic. This on-call position supports dental procedures across restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics and oral surgery, with duties including MSDS, spore tests, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has a WA State dental license, BLS, strong organizational and computer skills, and excellent English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WA State dental license and BLS certification.
• Proficient with dental record keeping and basic computer use.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dental providers in restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics and oral surgery procedures.
• Maintain MSDS records, spore tests, and inventory of dental supplies.
• Train new Dental Assistants and organize scheduling; generate maintenance checklists.
