Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is seeking multiple part time, on-call Ordinary Seamen at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. Successful candidates will operate and maintain vessels supporting the 53rd Weapons Group missions. Candidates must hold a valid USCG 200 Ton license and a certificate of competency per STCW guidelines.

This role involves both operating as an Ordinary Seaman and as Captain, with pay rates of $122.54/day for OS and $511.92/day for Captain during missions.

Qualifications

• Must provide a certificate of competency that complies with STCW Reg II/3.
• Minimum of three years experience operating water craft.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned vessels in support of military missions.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on all vessels.
• Assist with recovery of Drones and aerial targets.
• Communicate effectively regarding maritime operations.
