Job summary

Bowhead Marine Support Services is seeking part-time, on-call Captains to operate a 32' high-speed vessel for training operations at Mobile Bay in Fairhope, Alabama. The Captain will ensure vessel readiness and crew safety during tactical boat maneuvers and aerial delivery recovery missions in support of US Coast Guard aviation training activities.

Candidates must hold a USCG Master 100 ton (or greater) license with TWIC, have at least two years of experience on vessels over 30 feet, and be a

Qualifications

• Requires USCG Merchant Marine Master's license 100 ton or greater, and TWIC card.
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating twin outboard powered vessels >30 feet.
• Local Baldwin County resident preferred due to vessel location.
• Military experience preferred (Coast Guard or Navy).
• Knowledge of shipboard safety procedures and safety equipment usage.
