Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking an On-call custodian in Mahwah. You will perform building maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and capable of handling routine cleaning duties with professionalism.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, restroom and break room cleaning, and event setup as needed. Training is provided, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete tasks.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus, but we will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Be able to use the auto-scrubber machine.
• Be able to set up for events.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

We are seeking to hire an On-call custodian in Mahwah. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
