Job summary

R3 Continuum, LLC in New Hampshire seeks diverse, compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support for organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Greenland and surrounding areas.

You will be independently contracted, with licensing requirements in NH (LCMHC, LMFT, LICSW or Psychologist), a master's in mental health, and liability insurance. Training is provided by R3C, and reporting is completed via our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in New Hampshire (NH) with one of the following: LCMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist.
• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or have approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following disruptive workplace events.
• Engage with clients to assess immediate needs and coordinate response.
• Complete reporting through R3C's mobile app.
