Danner’s Inc. in Pasadena, TX is seeking dedicated Crew Transportation Drivers with a valid TWIC card to join our maritime transport team. You will transport crew to and from vessels, perform vehicle inspections, and complete CBP paperwork, while maintaining safety and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

This on-call role requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting hourly rate is $15.00, with benefits after 60 days, paid training, and Bi-Weekly Pay/Direct

Qualifications

• TWIC card required.
• Must be age 24 or older to apply.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate variable work hours.
• Must speak, read & write English.
• Background check, clean MVR, health/drug screen required.
• 2 years of recent professional driving experience preferred.
• Ability to use technology for navigation and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections.
• Provide transportation to crew members to and from vessels.
• Complete paperwork and clear crew with CBP.
• Interact professionally with crew, captains, and CBP personnel.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery and pickup of crew members and baggage.
• Communicate with Dispatch.
• Assist crewmembers with luggage.
• Be on-call, including evenings, to support 24/7 operations.
