Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring an on-call Cook at Providence Health Hood River in Hood River, OR. The role requires 1 year of cooking experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $25.00 per hour. The schedule is on‑call with days and hours varying, and online applications are accepted.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous cooking experience required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and completes records as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies and reports maintenance needs as required.
• Ensures HACCP standards are followed and adheres to company policies and procedures.
